Overview
Business Context:
As a part of the compliance reporting process, multiple teams source data from various metrics owners like AML, KYC, Client, HRT, etc. and process/compile reports to distribute them further to leadership. The process currently is cumbersome, requires a lot of manual effort, and is time-consuming. It is also error-prone and may lead to reputation damage if shared with regulators, etc.

Process
Responsible for the discovery and design of the operational dashboards for the compliance metrics. I worked closely with the metrics owners to iteratively design concepts to help with their day-to-day oversight tasks. We also tested the report's usability to enhance the UX based on user feedback.

Outcome
We designed and developed operational dashboards that presented compliance metrics in a clear and visually engaging format. Collaborating closely with stakeholders and the product team, we used an iterative process to ensure the dashboards met users' daily oversight needs. Prioritizing user experience, we conducted usability tests and incorporated feedback to continually improve the dashboard interface.
